CPSC certification action plan

       To import ATV into the U.S., the manufacturer or distributor shall submit the action plan to the CPSC and comply with all the rules of action plan (and all requirements on ATV in the ANSI/SVIA 1-2010 standard). The action plan must be approved by the CPSC.

ATV action plan refers to the written plan or pledge, stating that the manufacturer or distributor agrees to take action to ensure the safety of ATV, including the driver training, providing safety information, recommending driver’ age, and other safety measures, which is similar to the Firm Commitment.
