Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing lab

The EMC lab includes 3m semi-anechoic chamber and EMC shielding chamber, providing standard electromagnetic compatibility test site for testing the electromagnetic radiation emission and interference immunity of automobiles, motorcycles, new energy vehicles, parts and various kinds of electrical and electronic products.

The electromagnetic radiation test system can inspect the intensity of electric field, magnetic field and electromagnetic radiation within the scope of 9 kHZ-3 GHZ frequency range, and is capable of overall automatic continuous scanning in the logarithmic or linear manner.

Electromagnetic radiation interference immunity test system can perform radiation immunity test within the scope of 20 MHZ-3 GHZ frequency range at various severity level for motorcycles and electrical & electronic components thereof.

The EMC test system for electrical/electronic parts of road vehicle can perform emission test, parts radiation emission test, electromagnetic radiation interference immunity test, voltage transient conducted emission and transient conducted radiation interference immunity test, and high current injection test.

The performance properties of the semi-anechoic chamber are better than those required in the relevant EMC standards, so the lab is capable of conducting tests in accordance with national standards such as GB 14023, GB 18655, GB/T 18387, GB/T 33012 and GB/T 33014, corresponding international standards such as ISO, ECE, CISPR, SAE, and enterprise’s standards such as NISSAN, CHRYSLER, FORD and MERCEDES BENZ.

Our test equipment consists of testing receiver, composite antenna, horn antenna, log periodic antenna, rod antenna, loop antenna, signal generator, power amplifier in various frequency ranges, power meter, electric current probes and electric field probes, which are composed to be a complete vehicle EMC test system.
